Jacob began working at Mitchell Construction as a summer job in May of 2024 which turned into a co-op position while finishing his senior year of high school, then full-time employment after graduation where he is now a carpenter helper.

Jacob continues to gain hands on experience across all areas of construction and values learning from the knowledge and skill of his crew. 

​

He brings a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship on every project.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors.
