James first joined Mitchell Construction back in the summer of 2019, right after his junior year of high school. During his senior year, he was part of the work-study program, splitting his time between school in the mornings and the job site in the afternoons.

Now 23, James has grown with the company and built a life of his own. He and his girlfriend, Abba, share a home with their cat, Chuy. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him tinkering with his trucks and tractors or helping out on Mike’s farm.
